It includes 12 holiday flats which are functionally furnished.
Each apartment has a separate bedroom, a shower bathroom with WC, a kitchenette with refrigerator, an air conditioning system and a furnished balcony or terrace.

is one of the hotel suburbs of Rethymnon on the island of Crete, in the eastern part of the bay.
